All orders are handmade to order, so processing times may vary. Most items are crafted within a week unless otherwise noted, such as pre-orders on the product page, which will outline specific timelines and expectations. While every effort is made to ship orders within the listed timeframe, shipping and handling may take longer in some cases. Refunds will not be issued solely for delays in delivery times. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, and delivery times may vary depending on location.
Shipping to the UK
Standard shipping is offered to the UK, with delivery typically taking 2-5 business days once dispatched. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or a courier service, depending on order size and destination. Free standard delivery for orders over £300 Standard Delivery (under £300): £10 Express Delivery: £15
International Shipping
Select international shipping is available. International options may vary, depending on destination and order details. Contact, if outside the UK and Europe, for potential shipping options. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Some destinations incur higher shipping rates than the Select 'Standard International Delivery' option. For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and additional fees that may apply. Non-Cancellable and Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-cancellable and non-refundable. This includes personalised items and pieces that are specially made to order or one-of-a-kind items (e.g., unique bags or headpieces). Carefully check product descriptions for custom or pre-order details before completing the purchase.
Returns
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving an order, and the item should be in its original condition and packaging. If the original packaging has not been retained, please ensure adequate protection with suitable packaging to prevent damage. Items that have been worn, damaged, or used are not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds are processed once items are returned and verified. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for both delivery and return shipping fees.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Items
Every item is packed with care to ensure safe delivery. However, once the item has been dispatched, the business is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In this case, as much assistance as possible will be provided, with sharing the information needed, to help you to file a claim with the carrier.
Cancellation Policy
Since many items are made to order, cancellations are not accepted once an order has been confirmed and the creation process has begun. For special requests or concerns regarding cancellations, please reach out as soon as possible before the item is processed.
